Roanoke's Original One Week Boutique, Lauren's Friends & Alex,  is a twice yearly one week children's consignment event in Roanoke, Virginia which helps moms and families stretch their family budget- by offering high quality children's items for less!  Over the last 8 years, with over 300 consignors and thousands of shoppers, it continues to be the area's largest, most popular event!

Our event is for the community- donating hundreds of children's items to non-profit organizations. We also donate a portion of our proceeds to local elementary schools.

We specialize in gently used children's clothing, toys, nursery furniture, shoes, and room decor! And now offering maternity!
