DROP OFF DATES:
No appointment necessary. Please allow 30 minutes for drop-off and remember to have your items sorted by
gender and size.

PICK UP TIMES:
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES

Items not picked up during these times will be donated (no exceptions). We are unable to store any items left behind. Pick-up is the time to make sure you have all of your unsold items. If you can't find something, we can help you at that time. Goodwill picks up all remaining items immediately after the last pick up time and we are required to vacate the facility. Unfortunately, if you don't tell us until days later, it's quite unlikely that we will be able to track down your items.
If you know you will be out of town or unable to pick up during these times, you may have a friend or family member pick up for you, but we cannot be responsible if they fail to retrieve all your items.
